Utah Parent Services is a Utah-based organization providing both parents and attorneys with "Special Master" and "Parent-Time Coordinator" services throughout the state of Utah. Utah Parent Services provides a muti-disciplinary approach to problem solving in 'high-conflict' divorce and child custody cases. Issues such as custody disputes, parent-time disputes, transportation, child-support, and even an assessment of the value of a business run by one of the parties, can be completed by our team.
To implement this array of Special Master and Parent-Time Coordinator services, Utah Parent Services brings together professionals with more than twenty years of experience in family law and 'hands-on' trial experience, as well as other seasoned metal health professionals with substantial experience in psychological assessment and treatment, individual psychological therapy, mediation, and juvenile court expertise.
These services can be provided prior to any court involvement, or in conjunction with an on-going abuse or neglect case within the Juvenile Justice System. In addition, services are also provided for administrative actions brought by the Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS), protective order cases, or an on-going divorce action in District Court.
Utah Parent Services offices are located in both Salt Lake and Weber Counties. However, our staff of highly-skilled professionals have on-going matters from Logan through St. George, as well as from Tooele to the Uintah Basin. Our professionals are available for telephone contact and consultation from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.. Systems are being implemented at this time for when other emergencies arise.
